By booking or using any services provided by Total Aircond Service ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Total Aircond Service provides air conditioning services including but not limited to:

• Aircond cleaning and maintenance
• Chemical wash services
• Gas top-up and refrigerant services
• Repair and troubleshooting
• Installation and relocation
• Inspection and overhaul

3. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments can be made via WhatsApp. We will confirm your booking and provide a scheduled time window. While we strive to be punctual, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if:

• Additional work is required beyond the initial scope
• Parts or materials need to be replaced
• The actual condition differs from what was described

Any additional charges will be communicated and approved by you before work proceeds. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us via WhatsApp. We appreciate advance notice to allow us to accommodate other customers. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.

6. Warranty

We provide warranty coverage for our services and parts installed. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service:

• Workmanship warranty covers defects in our service delivery
• Parts warranty follows manufacturer terms
• Warranty is void if the AC unit is tampered with by unauthorized parties

To claim warranty, contact us with your service details and description of the issue.

7. Liability

Total Aircond Service shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing defects or damage to your AC unit
• Damage caused by improper use or lack of maintenance
• Issues arising from power surges or electrical problems
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your AC unit and issues
• Ensure safe access to the AC unit for our technicians
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during service
• Clear the area around the AC unit for safe working conditions

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
