The Customer's Situation

Our Maintenance Plan

Quarterly Service Scope (per unit)

  • Drain pan cleaning and drainage system flushing
  • Electrical connection check and tightening

  • Fan motor and blower inspection
  • Detailed service report for each unit

Contract Terms

The contract price was RM70 per unit per quarterly service — a total of RM840 per quarter or RM3,360 per year for all 12 units. This was significantly less than the RM5,000+ they were spending on ad-hoc repairs.

The contract also included priority response for any breakdowns between scheduled services — if a unit developed a problem, we'd respond within 24 hours with no callout fee. Parts and major repairs would be quoted separately at discounted rates.

First Year Results

After the first year on our maintenance contract, the results were clear:
