Encik Raj Kumar leased a factory in Semenyih industrial area for food-grade packaging. He needed 8 airconds (4x2HP office + 4x5HP factory floor) but had no aircond infrastructure and only single-phase power.
Challenges
- No existing aircond electrical infrastructure

- All wiring tested and certified
3-phase was essential — 4x5HP on single-phase would draw 80A, exceeding capacity. On 3-phase, each draws only 7A per phase. This prevents the MCB tripping issues described in our electrical requirements guide.
